WSSL Passcard Player Rules:
1) A Club’s Select players can be Passcarded to another one of their Club’s select teams.
2) Passcarded players must be from a team that is:
(A) If in the same division, *identified prior to start of season, as a lower level team
(B) A division below the team to be passed carded too
(C) An age group one year younger than the passcarded team but no more than two years
(D) A Girl’s team equal or lesser division to a Boys team of the same year
3) In addition to league games a WSSL passcarded players can be passcarded:
(A) One game per day
(B) Two games per weekend
(C) Three total games per week (Saturday is the WSSL start of a new week)
Knowing the number of games played by a passcarded player(s) is the responsibility of the coach using these passcarded player(s).
4) Up to three WSSL Select players can be passcarded to a Select WSSL team to reach the maximum roster size for a team.
U13Y teams may passcard up to 4 eligible players for a maximum roster of 18.
5) On check-in: Present the WSSL approved (signed) Select Roster(s) that has the Passcarded player(s) along with their stamped passcards to both the referee and the opposing coach and or manager.
6) Passcarded player(s) can only be used for WSSL league Games.
7) Coaches using Passcarded player(s) are held responsible for any violations of these rules. Incorrect use of a passcarded player will receive a two game suspension and a forfeit for the team.
8) Passcard players are only eligible if free of suspensions.
