Rescheduling Process for a WSSL Game

Please take note:

Select games should only be rescheduled due to weather related issues.

Recreational games rescheduling should be limited as well.

Recreational coaches are responsible for getting their game conflicts to their WSSL Rep and / or their home field scheduler prior to scheduling.

All teams are required to have an assistant coach.

For insurance reasons, only coaches submitted to MSYSA are allowed to coach a game.

All games played must have a coach present.

Rescheduling steps if it is your Home Game:

1) Contact your home field scheduler for three available dates.

2) Allow the away coach to pick among the three dates

3) Have the away coach copy via email both you and the copy home field scheduler.

4) The home field scheduler for the club will then post the new game on the website.

If you are the away Coach:

Contact the home team coach and have him or her follow the steps above.
