Reporting Games the Coach’s or Managers Responsibilities

Game Reports:

Use the WSSL Game Report and Team Roster triplicate form to report all games.

                Three copies must be filled in and ready by half-time.

Please use the team numbers for both Home and Away and game number on your game reports.

Select Teams Numbers, game numbers and Contact information are found on the Schedule page.

WSSL has implemented a scoring and on-line schedules system.

There are two important web links: Entering scores and the team’s game schedules.

1)   As the coach or manager, you will be entering your game results scores if:

       your team wins or in a tie, you are the home team.

                A) Passwords were emailed to the address on the top of the schedule

                        If incorrect, contact your home field scheduler for your club to get your password.

                B) Scores must be posted within 24 hours or your team MAY receive a forfeit.

                C) Game numbers must be written on the game / roster before mailing.

                D) Mail your WSSL roster / game reports within 24 hours to the address on bottom of report.

                E) Games not played due to weather, notify your home field scheduler and follow the rescheduling process.

2)     The second link is to view game schedules.

        You may send this to your parents. It can be printed or view on-line.

        New for this spring, is the ability to print ONLY the team’s scheduler.

Corrections or changes to games:

        Your club's home field scheduler is responsible for all your home game’s

        dates, times, coach’s or manager’s contact information and fields changes.

Rescheduling Process:

                In the event you must reschedule, first get potential dates, via email from the away coach.

                Have your home field scheduler confirm these are good dates.

                Then pick a date that works and email this agreement to your home field scheduler and the away coach.

                Your home field scheduler will then update the website with the new game date, time and field location.

                Games MUST be rescheduled with a week of the original game date and 

                if it is the last week of the season within a day of the original game date.

In the event a mutual agreement can not be found offer three dates for the away coach to pick from and contact.
